Punamiya Farm is proud to introduce its upcoming project focused on the sustainable and effective use of cow dung, sourced from our elite herd of Marwadi cows. These cows are selected for their strong bloodlines, excellent health, and traditional breed purity. The cow dung produced is rich in nutrients, making it ideal for organic farming, compost production, and renewable energy applications like biogas. This project is part of our long-term vision to create a self-sufficient and eco-friendly farming model that respects both the environment and the deep-rooted values of Indian agriculture.
In addition to cattle, Punamiya Farm is expanding its breeding and livestock operations to include a dedicated stud program for Marwadi horses, known for their strength, grace, and heritage value. These horses will be selectively bred from top bloodlines, maintaining breed purity and traditional Marwadi characteristics. Our horse breeding initiative will serve not only to preserve this iconic Indian breed but also to promote ethical animal care and superior genetic development for future generations.
Furthermore, we are introducing high-quality goats to the farm, chosen for both milk production and organic manure purposes. These goats will also be part of a focused breeding program to ensure strong health, adaptability, and productivity. Across all animal categories—cows, horses, and goats—Punamiya Farm is committed to preserving native bloodlines, improving livestock quality, and building a model farm that integrates tradition, sustainability, and scientific breeding practices.
